Aldous Huxley: Get Out of Your Own Light

One of the worlds brightest humanitarian intellects on how we tend to “eclipse the light within”

By closing ourselves off from the “wider-self” of the universe, we “eclipse the illumination from within”, as Huxley so eloquently states.

How do we close ourselves off from vast sea of the “not-self”? Through anxiety, through fear-based thinking, through forced/misguided energy, and through ego-dominance.

Your pure presence before you were conditioned by environmental pressures and your past experiences, is something that requires rediscovery through focused awareness and attention.

Remember when you were a child?

You were fully immersed in whatever you were doing in the present moment, without attention to things such as the perception or validation of others, the next step on the career ladder, or engaging in soul-crushing activities for survival value.

What comes to you naturally, without tension? What flows through you with ease? Take note of these moments.

By being fully present, by opening ourselves to the quantum field through relaxation, we allow source to flow through us, just like energy and electricity flows through a conduit.

So get loose.

Treat everything like a game of child’s play.

Get out of the way with your unrelenting, forced energy.

Slow down time.

There is nothing for you to focus on, other than exactly the task that you are doing with pure love, right now.
